Top of the morning to you! This is me and a friend at a St. Patty Day celebration in the states. It is very important to mentally prepare oneself for trips abroad. I slacked a bit. I should of had a few more drinks on St. Patrick's Day.
Kleenex for men. I haven't seen this product offered in the states. Yet.
It's that time of year, even in Dublin. Oh, yes it is!
I knew Cadbury Creme Eggs were the gift from the gods. This bus advertisement in Dublin proves it!

Heineken building in Dublin. Its letters glow green at night.

The Clarence Hotel in Dublin. It is owned by Bono and the Edge of U2 fame. Moral and I ate a pricey, but well worth it, lunch in its Tea House Restaurant. Pink champagne and truffles were on the house--must have been our American charm.

A fabulous German deli in El Cerrito, California. My friend Lisa and I had a German day on March 15th. We saw an amazing German film called The Lives of Others after we feasted on bratwurst and sauerkraut:
Yummy!

One of many churches in Dublin.

A MUST see in Dublin: Kilmainham Gaol and guided tour. Well worth the 5 euro. Kilmainham Gaol is a historically significant site. More later with more pictures. (Movie location of some films, too, like: In the Name of the Father, The Italian Job, and others I can't recall right now.)

Guinness for strength! Taken inside the architecturally cool Guinness Storehouse in Dublin.

Guinness Storehouse, Dublin, Ireland.

This half & half from my Chicago to Dublin flight wants to be my milkman. I don't have the heart to tell him that there is only room in my heart for one milkman.

Picture taken from the outside of the Conservatory of Flowers from the day my dear friend and I arrived too late to visit the inside.

A week later: success! My friend Simone and I went to the Conservatory of Flowers and to Coit Tower on my last Thursday in California.
A building in San Francisco.
Flowers in the Conservatory.

A lonely view. My things are in storage here.

The bicontinental juxtaposition is freaking me out!
Keep up the Euroreports. May I humbly request a travel-based illustration from Moral? I miss her ...Skirt.
