460. Woven Migration.

I don't have a rug in front of the door to my apartment. I think it's redundant placing a rug on carpet, and the things never stay in place. Too much hassle for me.

I'm glad my neighbors have them, though. I'm easily amused, and it's fun to see how far a rug strays before it's set back on course.

This neighbor is less anal than the others. His rug was in this position for 3 days, before I straightened it up for him. What can I say? I'm the girl next door.

This is as far as this neighbor lets his rug stray.
You can say he keeps it on a tight leash. If only I could say the same about his dog.

This neighbor's rug is never aligned with his door.
He's a rebel, that one.

Heehee. I have a rug outside my door (which you probably remember), and it happens to be the only way visitors know where to find me. Apparently, I have a distinctive rug collection.

I do remember, now that you mention it!

Visitors know where to find me, because my apartment is the only one on my floor without a rug in from of my door.

So if your feet are muddy you just wipe them on the carpet??

I wipe them on the mat in front of the apartment building's front door!
