660. I can get used to this.

Today was a wonderful day. We took a nice drive to the lakeside village of Padenghe and had lunch with my sister's family's friends. Lunch lasted about 3 or 4 hours. There was food, and wine, and more food (we dined at Pratella, a agriturismo--cafeteria-ish style--restaurant, in Padenghe on Lake Garda), and coffee, and gelato, and laughter, and friendly people (although I understood very little of what was said!), and a beach.

Oops, I nearly forgot. A day is not "wonderful" unless it also includes a nervous chiuaua. Mine did!
