In the NYTimes' dotcom edition, off to the right side of the browser window, is a list of the site's most emailed articles. "Japan Pays Foreign Workers to Go Home" ranks number 10 and caught my attention.
I wondered, If I choose to stay in Italy to work, would Japan pay me to stay here?
