733. Stations.

My train was scheduled to leave Paris at 8 in the morning yesterday. I scheduled the taxi to pick me up at my friend's house at 6 a.m. Plenty of time, and what a perfect time to be at the train station:


6:20 a.m. at Gare de Lyon in Paris: little indication of the crazy busy-ness that awaits!

I arrived in Brescia at 5 p.m. I arrived at another station-of-sorts less than an hour later to meet my family. There is a restaurant on the property, and after my nephews finished their riding, we enjoyed a wonderful feast.

I think I'm going to enjoy my life in Italy.
