620. I'm in trouble.

"It's flipping freezing!"

Poor R. He's suffered me whining this statement more than once a day for the past week at work. Temperatures in otherwise sunny Bay Area have been in the 40's. This California native is a little annoyed.

That is, this California native who is moving to Louisville where the current temperature is 25 flippin' degrees! It snowed yesterday, too.

It snowed. It snows. How does one live in and with snow? I guess I'll learn soon enough.

I can't wait!

FUN!!!!!!!

It was 4 degrees this morning in Madison, and with a wind chill of -7.

I'd suggest buying a warm coat for your first winter in Kentucky. Even though they don't have winters like us up here, it can get pretty chilly.

Yeah. 25 is cold, but I had lots worse when I lived there. Louisville is pretty windy too (be careful walking between the art building and Lutz hall... talk about a wind tunnel!)

Though, with global warming being what it is, the winters have been much milder recently.

Definitely get a warmer jacket than you think you'll need. Cold takes some getting used to.

MT: Easy? Yay! :) I wonder what the weather will be like in March... in IRELAND!!!!!!

Sara: Brrrr.... That is just unholy cold. I'll definitely buy a thick warm coat, and maybe some toasty boots, too.

SG: Stupid Global Warming. It should be outlawed.

Thanks for the UofL hot (cold?) tip!

It's not the snow. Snow is pretty. it's the CHILL in the air that is necessary for there to be snow in the first place. Yuk.
