569. It's time to shake things up a bit. Ah ooh!

Yoga is one sneaky beast! Sure, it looks all innocent... simple stretchy poses, many of them comfortable for long stretches of time until the arms or legs start shaking, comfy restful spots in between the fun contortion poses... yeah, but don't let that fook (or fool, for those of you who insist on proper spelling) you!

24 hours later you find yourself sore in regions within regions you never knew existed. For example, in my abdominal region I have two whole narrow and vertical regions that extend from my pelvic bone up to my lower rib cage on either side of my belly button! (It is an innie, btw. What do you have?) Where in the hell did these regions come from, and who put them there?!?!

I demand answers, people.

*sigh*

At least it's the yummy kind of sore feeling. You know the kind: sore enough to remind you that you are still alive, but not sore to the point you're wishing for a quicker death.

I'm moving! To Louisville, KY. But, you already knew that. Right?

When? Late spring, early summer-ish.

I have a request. Can you help me out? I would like to know what your favorite things to do in California are. If I haven't already seen or done it, I'll put it on my "Things to Do and See Before I Go" list. Thanks!

I'm going to miss this place.

It's janelle-renée's favorite song of the day!

This Must Be The Place (Naive Melody) by the Talking Heads

Home is where I want to be
Pick me up and turn me round

I feel numb - born with a weak heart
I guess I must be having fun

The less we say about it the better
Make it up as we go along

Feet on the ground
Head in the sky

It's ok I know nothing's wrong . . nothing

Hi yo!
I got plenty of time

Hi yo!
You got light in your eyes

And you're standing here beside me
I love the passing of time

Never for money
Always for love

Cover up and say goodnight . . . say goodnight

Home - is where I want to be
But I guess I'm already there

I come home - she lifted up her wings
Guess that this must be the place

I can't tell one from another
Did I find you, or you find me?

There was a time, before we were born
If someone asks, this is where I'll be
. . . where I'll be

Hi yo!
We drift in and out

Hi yo!
Sing into my mouth

Out of all those kinds of people
You got a face with a view

I'm just an animal looking for a home
Share the same space for a minute or two

And you love me 'til my heart stops
Love me 'til I'm dead

Eyes that light up, eyes look through you
Cover up the blank spots

Hit me on the head
Ah ooh!
