Sometimes the theme music of my life is just plain bad--the musicians start playing off-key, the tempo gets confused, and--perhaps instead, because--the conductor falls asleep on the job.
Before, I would turn off the music or turn the station or ignore it or yell at the musicians.
Tonight, I heard the music as if it were the elementary school band's first public performance.
It's beautiful.
Quite danceable.
Precious, even.
