I thought that too ... when on the 1st day of Spring we had 15 inches of snow.

I can neither confirm nor deny janelle's ho-bagginess. If forced to make a bet one way or the other, I would, however, place a few dollars on Not A Ho Bag.

I think we need to bring a class action against whomever it is that's in charge of the weather department. Heads will roll!
