619. Bad Design of the Week.
A few weekends ago, I went with some friends to a Northern California hot springs retreat center to celebrate a birthday. On the way up, I stopped at a convenience store and bought some cat and mouse shaped balloons.
One problem: they could only blow up as far as this:
